These are The Good Spa Shop website terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our privacy policy regarding personal information provided by you.

We may change these terms from time to time without notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
We continually update our online store. From time to time we may offer special discounts online. Some website promotions may not be available to customers in particular jurisdictions.
Your order
When you place an order on our website, we shall email you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged.
Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes to your order. Please make sure that everything is correct before you click the confirm button.
Any valid discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will be applied to your order before payment is accepted and will be detailed on our invoice.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from:
- The product ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
- The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion.
If there are any problems with your order, we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. If the item has been dispatched, you may use the freepost returns label to return the goods to us for a full refund.
Your delivery
UK DELIVERY OPTIONS
We currently offer two delivery options: Royal Mail 1st Class and Special Delivery™ Next Day.
Royal Mail 1st Class delivery: Orders will be despatched on the day the order is placed, if the order is placed before 4pm. Most First Class mail will be delivered on the following working day, though this is not guaranteed. To guarantee that your order is delivered the next working day after your order has been placed, please choose our Special Delivery option. Orders using 1st Class mail may not arrive the following working day if the order has been placed after midday or if the order is placed during sale periods or other busy periods. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact our Customer Services team at orders@goodspaguide.co.uk.
Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day: Orders will be despatched on the day the order is placed, if the order is placed before 4pm. Most orders using Special Delivery™ Next Day will be delivered by 1pm on the next working day. This applies to 99% of the country, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. Some places take longer to deliver to, but delivery will still be completed within three working days, by 5.30 pm.
Exceptions:
UK Bank Holidays (if applicable): please allow an extra working day for standard deliveries.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY OPTIONS
We currently only offer delivery to the UK.
Where's my order?
We do not currently offer an order tracking system. If you would like to find out about the progress of your order, please send an email to us at orders@goodspaguide.co.uk.
Price and payment
We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, Solo. If you have paid on your debit, credit or charge card, you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.
Further information for overseas customers:
The Good Spa Shop does not currently deliver outside of the UK. However, you can use overseas card accounts for payment. The actual price charged will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.
Returns
While we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you will want to return some items.
Please return the items to us within 14 days of receipt and we will offer you a refund, providing the goods are in perfect condition. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Christmas Gifts must be returned by 15th January.
Please note that the cost of returning goods is at your expense.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund provided we receive proof of purchase and your return is made within 14 days of receipt. In this case, we will be happy to refund the cost of returning the goods by first or second class post.

When returning any items, please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund has been processed.
Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number starting with the letters PA to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.
The refund will be processed once your goods are received by us. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account. Each item returned is refunded separately, and will show on your statement as a refund / credit from Good Spa Guide Ltd. You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund, please contact our Customer Services team with your order number, postcode, and new card details.
Returning Goods Bought as Special Offers
If you return an item bought as part of a discount offer, you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "get the lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.
Cancellation of orders
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel their purchase (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customised products). To cancel an order, please email orders@goodspaguide.co.uk quoting your order number. We will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
Spa vouchers
Good Spa Guide vouchers can only be redeemed at spas registered as members of our voucher scheme. The list of participating spas can be found here: www.goodspaguide.co.uk/gifts/
In the event of a lost voucher, goodspashop.co.uk can issue a new voucher for an administration fee of £25.
Vouchers must be redeemed within one year of issue. The expiry date can be found on the front of your voucher. If you contact goodspashop.co.uk before your voucher expires, you may entend your voucher by 3 months, for an administration fee of £25.
Goodspashop.co.uk will not be liable in the event of a voucher being lost, damaged or stolen and take no responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result of impersonation or identity fraud.
Voucher purchases may be refunded if the voucher is returned to goodspashop.co.uk within 14 days of purchase. Postage costs are non-refundable.
Statutory Rights
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
Product information:
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
All measurements are approximate; however, we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

The information provided in this online store is correct to the best of our knowledge. We check our information carefully but cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions. We cannot guarantee, and will not be responsible for any damage or loss related to, the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information.
